Find a Rebalance Certified Practitioner

Looking for holistic support you can trust?

Every practitioner in this directory has trained through the Rebalance Method™ Practitioner Programme and holds a certificate of completion in the Rebalance Method™.

What our certified practitioners have learnt

Each practitioner has been trained in the Rebalance Method™, a structured approach built around five Root Drivers that shape a woman's hormonal health:

  • D1: Hormonal Fluctuation and Decline
  • D2: HPA Axis Dysregulation
  • D3: Gut-Hormone Axis Dysfunction
  • D4: Blood Sugar and Metabolic Dysfunction
  • D5: Nutritional Deficiencies and Lifestyle Load

Through the programme, practitioners learn how to identify a client's Root Driver profile, build a Personalised Support Plan around it, and support clients with practical, holistic tools including structured education, symptom self monitoring, lifestyle adaptation and personalised toolkits. Training is assessed through case study work, and every certified practitioner has been assessed to reflect real, demonstrated understanding.

Why this matters to you

Menopause does not look the same for any two women. Our practitioners are trained to look beyond symptoms to the underlying Root Drivers, so the support you receive is personalised to you, holistic in approach and grounded in a consistent, high quality standard of training.

Every practitioner listed here has completed the Rebalance Method™ Practitioner Programme, a structured training built around the 5 Root Drivers of menopause. They have learnt to assess each client against the Root Drivers, from hormonal fluctuation and decline through to nutritional deficiencies and lifestyle load, and to build a Personalised Support Plan that prioritises the right area of focus first rather than tackling everything at once. Their training combines clinical theory, case study work and assessed practice, so you can be confident you are working with someone who understands the full picture of your menopause experience, not just the symptoms in front of them.
