I offer a full range of hormonal test from Gut Health, Nutrition, Fertility  and Hormones. Most of our tests are done from the comfort of your own home using finger prick, urine, stool or saliva samples.

Following a hormone and health check consultation we will recommend to you the best test to meet you needs. This test is then sent directly to your home with full instruction. Once complete you return via postage paid to the laboratory. Once the results are in (this varies from test to test for 2 - 15 days) we then have a call  help you to interpret the results and send you a report.

Gastrointestinal Tests - Ideal for those suffering with gastrointestinal imbalances, IBS,IBD, bloating and food sensitivities . Using broad range stool sample tests to assess digestion/ absorption, inflammation, immunology and intestinal health markers. 

Hormone Tests - Using a combination of either at home blood tests and urine tests these tests dig deeper into your hormonal health looking at key sex hormones, thyroid health, cortisol, levels as well as key vitamin and mineral levels.

Nutritional Tests - Looking at the efficiency of digestion and absorption to help manage gastrointestinal symptoms, autoimmune disease, joint pain, food sensitivities and nutritional deficiencies All tests are ordered following a hormone and health check consultation and are in addition to the consultation fee.

How Does It Work?

Simply book a hormonal health consultation. During the consultation we will cover your main health priorities and concerns and we can then recommend the right blood test for you. You then order the test and it arrives at your door within a few days. Once your results are in we book another consultation where we carefully explain your results and send you a visual easy to read report.

Is it safe?

As a qualified phlebotomist I am able to provide a full range of at home bloods tests. All test kits and algorithms are accredited as medical devices, our lab partners hold gold standard UKAS accreditation and our data processes meet the international standard for information security.

How long does it take to get my results?

At a time where doctor's wait lists are long and test results are taking weeks to come back to you I am able to offer you results within 4 working days. 

What happens during the initial consultation?

Your consultation starts with a 15 minutes phone call where we discuss your health concerns and I advise you on the tests best suited to you. I'll also explain what information the tests can give us to help you find your rebalance again.

How do I take the test?

After the initial consultation I will send you the link for you to order the test and add your personal details. Your test will be delivered directly to your home. The full kit comes with instructions and only requires a finger prick blood.

You will send the test back directly to the lab for them to process the sample and get the results.

What happens after the test?

Once the test results are in we will have a further video/telephone call to go over your results. We recommend ALL test results are shared with your GP and if any abnormal tests results are found for you to make an appointment to discuss them further. 

How much does it cost?

The Hormonal Blood test Consultation costs £60 and this includes initial phone call, organising the test to be delivered to you and your test results call.

The price for the blood test will depend on the test recommended.

For example, the peri-menopause at home finger prick test testing 23 biomarkers and covering key hormones Oestrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone, Thyroid function, Heart health, Cholesterol and Bone Health is £126.00.

We offer the full range of Dutch testing, the leading dry urine test for comprehensive hormones.

This is considered the most comprehensive test on the market via 4 easy to collect 4 urine samples within 24 hours.

As part of our Hormonal consultation service we not only help you select the right test but also interpret your results and build a personalised treatment plan.
