How Does it Work?

Throughout the year we run a series of ‘how-to fasting‘ sessions. These are done over zoom and in the comfort of your own home.  During each zoom I will explain how fasting works for women in the menopause and how you can add fasting to your menopause toolkit.

The key to successful fasting I share in our session includes:

Introduction to fasting for menopause rebalance

4 x 45 minutes zoom session, one per week over a 4 week period. Here we start you on your fasting journey giving you all the information and tips you need to safely start your menopause fasting for rebalance. 

Each week I will explain the benefits of fasting covering the core areas mindset and preparing for a fast, benefits of fasting, and I’ll give you a few goals for you to complete each week.

At the end of this 4 week programme most women are happily fasting for over 24 hours and feeling great.

Each evening I will guide you through this 3 day fast.

Please note for longer fasts we do recommend you take electrolytes and introduce bullet coffees so we will send you this information prior to starting your fast.
